# What Goosy Bear is

> One AI marketing system that researches, plans, creates, publishes, measures and learns — and brings the next decision back to you.

Goosy Bear is one AI marketing system, not a set of tools you stitch together.
It researches your market, plans the week, makes the images, videos, posts,
emails and ads, prepares them for the channels you have connected, and reports
what they did. **Goosy** is the teammate inside it who does that work. You set
the direction and make the calls; he does the carrying.

## The loop

Marketing is not a project that finishes. It is a loop that runs every week,
and the reason it is hard to keep up with is that every turn of it needs
someone. Goosy Bear runs the whole turn and stops where a person is needed:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Research">
    What your market is talking about, what your competitors are doing, what
    your own material already says. This is what stops the next piece being a
    guess.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create">
    The actual work — images, videos, short-form, posts, emails, ads — made
    against your brand, your voice and your strategy rather than a blank page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish">
    Approved work goes to the channels you have connected, on the schedule you
    set. Nothing goes out that a person did not approve.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Measure">
    What each piece did once it was out, gathered in one place instead of five
    dashboards.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Learn">
    What the numbers imply for the next turn — surfaced as a recommendation you
    accept, change or ignore.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Repeat">
    The following week starts from what the last one taught, not from zero.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What it replaces

Most owner-led businesses run marketing one of three ways: the owner does it
between everything else, a freelancer does pieces of it, or an agency does it
at a remove. All three break in the same place — the loop only turns when
somebody has time for it.

Goosy Bear is the fourth option. The loop turns whether or not you had a good
week, and what you spend your attention on is the decisions: what to say, which
version is right, and when it goes out. That is the shift the product is built
around — from *"I have to keep up with marketing"* to *"my marketing team has
the week ready."*

## What it does not do

Goosy Bear does not replace your judgment, and it is not built to run without
you. Publishing, deleting and changing who can do what stop for a person every
time; spending stops at a limit you set, which may be "ask me about everything"
and is yours either way. See [How approvals work](/how-approvals-work) for
exactly where those stops are and how to set the one that is tunable.

It is also not a claim that marketing becomes effortless. It becomes *directed*
rather than *carried*: you still decide what the business says, and you still
own the result.
